Randi James, a virtual medical assistant company, wanted to elevate their brand perception. Noble, maturity, order, and structure depict how the company visually communicates its core values to mental health care professionals.

Make a bold statement - literally.

Randi James wanted their new mark to exhibit a sense of modernity, freshness, and sharpness. Together, we fine-tuned the statement graphic that surrounds the company's initials.

Clean up and Simplify

The new mark is simplified, bold, and mature, encapsulating (literally) a sense that precise communication is highly valued with their clients.

Online Presence

Randi James required that their online presence convey a clean framework, offer clear answers, and be on-brand while showing empathy toward mental healthcare practitioners.

Direct Mail

Randi James chose to include traditional forms of marketing as well. We developed direct-mail material for targeted outreach to those practicing mental healthcare.

It's one thing to be trusted with creating your primary client's brand image. But the bar is set very high when they ask you to do the same for their client.

For the following example, Randi James wanted to help elevate their client's new service offering by showing that ketamine can be used safely, with clinically guided treatments for those with PTSD and chronic anxiety.

Less is more. We chose graphic elements that hinted toward modern design trends while providing a sense of clinical focus and structure. We deliberately used photos showing all walks of life.
